　　该品种淀粉是采用次氯酸钠为氧化剂及湿法工艺生产的氧化淀粉。该品种淀粉蒸煮糊化后淀粉糊液均匀透明，糊液稳定。在文化用纸的生产中，使用该品种淀粉对纸张进行表面施胶可显著提高纸张的表面强度，减少纸张在印刷中的掉毛、掉粉现象，并适当进一步改进纸张的施胶度。因为羧基的存在，使得淀粉颗粒糊化后产生了更多的氢键，这些氢键增加了淀粉对纸张纤维的粘结力从而得到强度更高的淀粉膜。

　　This type of starch is oxidized starch produced by wet process, adopting sodium hypochlorite as oxidizing agent. The starch paste is even, transparent and stable after cooking. In cultural paper production, use this kind of starch could increase paper surface strength; reduce linting and pull-up when printing. Because of the existence of carboxyl, made starch granule after gelatinization bring more hydrogen bonds. These hydrogen bonds strengthen fiber cohesive force between starch and paper; thereby gain better strength starch film.
